Well, if you haven't already heard of my "couponing" by now...let me tell you. Recently, my mom, sister and I all were told about this website... http://www.southernsavers.com/ . The lady who does the website is from Irmo and attends CBS (Community Bible Study) at First Presbyterian. Anyways, the whole idea is to use coupons and hit the sales at the stores...and Publix being the best money saver of all! No more Walmart!!! Woo-hoo!! Okay, so today, Gwynn and I went to CVS and the Food Lion and below are photos of what I bought and above is what I spent for those items. I think it is sad when I see folks paying for stuff full-price and no coupons!! Because....I get stuff for FREE all the time now!!! First Rose Bush, First Roses.

My sweet husband bought me this rose bush for my first offical mother's day. I have always wanted one! I love clipping roses or other flowers and greens and making arrangements for inside our home. I can now enjoy roses inside our home and when standing at the kitchen sink when I look out the window! These were the first two blooms!

Cousin Sadie's Birthday Cake.

Gwynn loved her cousin Sadie's first birthday party! Sadie is two weeks older than Gwynn and Gwynn will be one on June 6th! So, she had a little pre-birthday birthday cake...and she loved it! Sadie didn't really want her cake, so Gwynn helped herself to some and Sadie was not very happy with Gwynn doing that. In a few weeks, Gwynn will be able to have some cake all the herself.
